CHINESE MEDICINE LIFESTYLE TIPS FOR
BETTER IMMUNITY DURING WINTER

Be mindful to avoid exposure to frequent drastic temperature changes – i.e. going from very cold outside to overly heated inside.
Dress warmly, in particular protecting the back of the neck from cold wind and the soles of the feet from cold floors – i.e. wear a scarf outside and slippers if you have cold floors at home.
Keep warm internally by consuming more soups, stews and warm drinks. Avoid cold drinks and food, and limit the amount of raw food.
Pay attention to your body. Winter is the time of hibernation in nature so it’s natural to do less intense forms of exercise and to want more sleep.
